Position Title

  • Agency Channel Development

  • Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisors and leaders (APs/ADMs).

primary focus on

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 2 to 4 years of sales experience in insurance (Life/General/Health).

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve branch business targets across all product lines with a strong focus on Life Insurance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff and advisors to deliver sustained performance.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives and portfolio diversification as per defined allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor persistency, renewals, and customer satisfaction at the branch level.
  • Prepare MIS reports and contribute to strategic planning for the region.
  • Recruit and Train the team of BDE & BDM
  • Drive productivity parameters at a Branch level
