Role & responsibilities

Job involves close working with all the key stakeholders and the Senior & Middle Management team of KEY Merchants , Large Format Retailers(LFRs) like Reliance Digital , Vijay Sales and Croma, Retail Large Format Retailers (RLFR), Apple Premium Reseller (APR) and other Key Relationships across India like Electronics Mart, Aditya Vision, Poorvika Mobiles , Sangeetha Mobiles, Pai International etc. to Manage their POS, UPI, Float and Over all Volumes, to ensure Counter penetration and overall business volumes on all form factors of EMI through CC EMI, DC EMI and Paper Finance, across the country.
Work in close coordination with Sales and Support functions to create Enablers, increase merchants, store staff involvement in driving Sales volumes and enhance %age share at counters / stores.

To consistently bring in Market Intelligence and Dealer Level Knowledge on the table, so that Bank can strategize around the same for any execution strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation

Experience of 8 years to 10 years in channel management (Preferably in Telecom, FMCG, Financial Services, etc.)
