Healthcare Recruiter

Partnering with managers to define staffing needs, sourcing diverse candidates (nurses, docs, allied health) via job boards/social media, screening, interviewing, background checks, extending offers, managing the hiring process in an ATS, and ensuring compliance and great candidate experience, focusing on healthcare roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Collaboration:

  Work with hiring managers to identify needs, develop recruitment plans, and create compelling job descriptions.

• Sourcing & Screening:

  Find candidates through online platforms, social media, databases; conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit for healthcare roles.

• Candidate Management:

  Manage the full lifecycle: communication, scheduling interviews, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

• Compliance & Reporting:

  Ensure adherence to employment laws, maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and report on hiring metrics.

• Industry Expertise:

  Stay current with healthcare industry trends, roles (e.g., Physician, Nurse), and recruitment best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment software (ATS) and MS Office.
• Understanding of healthcare roles, compliance, and fair employment practices.
