Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
  • The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and healthcare clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Allied Health, and non-clinical staff
  • Source candidates through job portals, healthcare networks, referrals, social media, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess clinical experience, certifications, and cultural fit
  • Verify licenses, certifications, credentials, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities or hiring managers
  • Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and employment offers
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Support onboarding, credentialing, and compliance documentation
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future needs
  • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand staffing requirements and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure data integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Medical science, biotechnology or pharma or any Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 1-2 years’

    experience as a Recruiter or in US staffing
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in US staffing
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, terminology, and staffing models (local, travel, contract, perm)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume and urgent staffing requirements
