Job Description

Position Title- Head- Talent Management

Reports To- Head-HR

Division / Department-HR-Talent Management

Salary Budget- Up to 30 LPA

Total years of Experience- 12-15 years

Relevant Experience- 7+years in Head- Talent Management

Work Mode- Work from Office- On Site (6 Days)

Interview Mode- Initial Interviews will be virtual but Final Round will take place Face to Face only

1. JOB PURPOSE- To recruit talent, design rewards & talent management programs for developing talent to drive excellence in the organization.

Job Description-

  • Ensuring talent availability as per Manpower planning
  • Formulate TA strategy and manage talent acquisition
  • Oversee the hiring process and support as needed
  • Manage & oversee Onboarding and 30-60-90 day plan
  • Review reports and suggest course corrections as applicable.
  • Closure of position within defined TAT (%)
  • Ageing of positions within standard (%)
  • Diversity as per target
  • Identifying talent within the organization·
  • Formulate the Talent strategy
  • Analyze and review PMS data
  • Identify Hi-Po’s across the organization
  • Design various assessments basis the cohort level
  • Design the Talent Review Framework
  • Conduct Talent Review Process across levels
  • On time completion of talent reviews
  • Number of internal grown talents
  • Career planning
  • Identify different role / job movements/ job rotation for employees
  • Design and conduct Training programs for upskilling the employees for the new role/s
  • Review the success of the movement
  • Career Path Ratio within norms
  • Competency enhancement
  • Performance in the new role
  • Succession Planning
  • Identify critical roles within the organization
  • Discuss with Functional leaders and identify the successors for critical roles
  • Design of Individual Developmental plan for successors to take up the new role
  • Talent pool size and adequacy for critical roles

  • Define and manage Rewards strategy
  • Ensure accurate employee data management
  • Ensure hiring and exit processes
  • Monitor employee benefits and related payments

  • Analyze compensation ratios and recommend modifications in compensation structure
  • Review of existing compensation and increment policies and suggest changes
