We Are Hiring! CRM Executive – Real Estate

Are you passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences?
Join our dynamic team as a CRM Executive and play a key role in connecting clients with their dream properties!

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Experience: Min 2 Years in Real Estate CRM (Mandatory)

Salary Budget: 25,000-27,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture client relationships from inquiry to post-sale handholding.
Handle incoming leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Coordinate with the sales team for client site visits and follow-ups.
Maintain CRM database with accurate, up-to-date client records.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales, and operations.
Generate client feedback and work towards high customer satisfaction.
Assist in documentation, agreements, and after-sales support.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Real Estate CRM or Sales Coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
