Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced CRM Executive to join our team at Cred Value Developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, handling post-sales support, and driving loyalty and engagement through effective communication and service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project updates and customer satisfaction.
· Address client queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
· Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
· Follow up with customers regarding documentation, payments, and project progress.
· Assist in handling customer grievances and ensure prompt resolution.
· Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback.
· Support the sales and marketing team with customer insights and retention strategies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a CRM or customer relationship role, preferably in the real estate industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
· Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally.
· Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
