Head - Talent Acquisition

Purpose/Objective

To build & lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for a fast-growing real estate organization, ensuring strategic hiring for corporate, project, sales, and leadership roles, fostering strong talent pipelines, and enhancing employer brand in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Recruitment Strategy: Develop & implement innovative TA strategies for diverse roles (Sales, Marketing, Design, Construction, Finance, Leadership) in the real estate sector. - Talent Pipeline: Build & nurture robust talent pools for critical & niche real estate functions, including bulk hiring for site & project requirements. - Business Partnering: Collaborate with MD, CXOs, & Business Heads on workforce planning, succession planning, & strategic hiring needs. - Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal business leaders, external agencies, & recruitment consultants. - Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the real estate industry. - Process Optimization: Reduce time-to-hire & improve quality of hire metrics. - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, & scale the internal TA team. - Compliance & Reporting: Ensure TA processes & reporting (ATS, metrics) align with HR policies & statutory requirements.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

- Experience: 12-18+ years in HR/TA, with significant exposure to Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors. - Skills: Proven track record in bulk & leadership hiring, stakeholder management, workforce planning, & managing multi-location projects. - Education: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. - Attributes: Strong execution, analytical, & communication skills, understanding of the Mumbai real estate landscape.
