Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations across all zones. The role involves supervising Regional HR teams, ensuring timely and quality hiring, building strong talent pipelines, and aligning recruitment strategies with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Final-Level Interview & Selection

  • Conduct final interviews for senior, critical, and escalated job positions.
  • Assess candidates for competency, culture fit, and long-term potential.
  • Ensure timely closure of all shortlisted candidates validated by Regional HRs.

2. Regional HR Performance Management

  • Monitor daily and weekly hiring performance of Regional HR teams.
  • Track TAT, closure rates, and pipeline strength.
  • Provide feedback and initiate corrective actions where required.

3. Strategic Talent Planning

  • Work with Zonal Heads, Brand Heads, and Operations on manpower forecasting.
  • Approve hiring plans based on business requirements.
  • Ensure recruitment planning aligns with expansion and budgeting goals.

4. Escalation & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the single point of contact for hiring challenges or delays.
  • Coordinate with Zonal Managers, ASMs, Brand Leaders, and Operations teams.
  • Conduct regular alignment meetings to ensure smooth TA operations.

5. Recruitment Quality & Pipeline Monitoring

  • Oversee candidate pipeline health and database accuracy across zones.
  • Drive proactive sourcing for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Ensure proper candidate follow-up, engagement, and documentation.

6. Training & Capability Building

  • Train Regional HRs on sourcing strategies, field recruitment, and interview skills.
  • Promote best practices and strengthen TA capability across the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience
  • Experience in field recruitment, retail hiring, or high-volume recruitment preferred
  • Strong understanding of Kerala HR laws, compliance, and labour regulations
