Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

1. Brand Marketing Planning & Strategy Facilitate yearly marketing plan discussions with all associated brands. Consolidate brand inputs to align with Oxygen’s business goals and marketing calendar. Prepare brand-specific marketing roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. 2. Execution & Campaign Management Coordinate with internal teams to execute brand-specific marketing campaigns (online & offline). Track execution timelines and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Support in ideation and creative brief development in collaboration with brand teams. 3. Brand Coordination & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact between Oxygen and brand marketing teams. Ensure regular communication with brand partners for approvals, inputs, and updates. Organize monthly/quarterly review meetings with brands to evaluate performance and suggest improvements. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for brand partners and internal use. Share actionable insights and suggestions based on campaign outcomes and customer engagement metrics. 5. Communication & Presentation Communicate fluently in English for effective coordination with national and international brand partners. Prepare professional presentations and documents for brand meetings and internal reviews. 6. Market & Competitor Analysis Stay updated with market trends and competitor brand activities. Share insights with marketing and brand teams to support strategic decision-making. Skills & Competencies Required Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Strong coordination and project management skills. Proficiency in using presentation tools and marketing dashboards. High level of organizational and interpersonal skills.
