Role Overview:

Lead – Sales (B2B & B2C)

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Identify and build partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, travel partners, and channel associates.
• Lead the B2B & B2C sales process including lead generation, negotiation, closure, and account management.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign alignment and service excellence.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Represent Youthville at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in

  B2B & B2C sales

  , preferably in real estate, hospitality, or student housing sectors.
• Proven track record in

  end-to-end sales cycle management

  and achieving business targets.
• Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong corporate and institutional relationships.
• Team leadership experience with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
