Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Architect with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution oversight, vendor coordination, and must possess a solid understanding of interior design principles and local building bylaws. This is a hands-on role that demands both creativity and technical skill to bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  planning and design

  phases of architectural projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee

  project execution

  from concept through completion, maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage

  vendors, contractors, and consultants

  , ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
• Prepare and review

  architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations

  .
• Integrate

  interior design

  elements into architectural planning, ensuring cohesive and practical spaces.
• Ensure all designs and execution practices comply with

  local building codes, zoning regulations, and bylaws

  .
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address on-site challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of

  2 years of experience

  in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong understanding of

  interior design principles

  and ability to incorporate them into architectural projects.
• Good knowledge of

  building bylaws, codes, and regulations

  .
• Proficient in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 render or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and hospitality projects.
• Working knowledge of project budgeting and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices.
