Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and creative *Junior Architect* to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and developing architectural projects from concept to completion while working closely with senior architects and project teams Key Responsibilities * Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models. * Support the design and development of residential, commercial, or industrial projects. * Conduct site visits to understand existing conditions and assist with site measurements. * Participate in conceptual and schematic design stages under supervision. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. * Prepare documentation for municipal approvals and client presentations. * Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. * Assist in preparing BOQs and basic material research. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university. * 0–3 years of experience in architectural design and drafting. * Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite. * Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations. * Good visualization and communication skills. * Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
