Head of Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across B2B markets.
Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Oversee branding, digital marketing, content creation, and lead-generation campaigns.
Establish strong client partnerships and negotiate high-value deals.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs.
Represent Galactis at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in B2B tech, SaaS, or AI-driven product environments.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to design and track KPIs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work cross-functionally.

Preferred:

Experience scaling sales teams in early-stage startups.
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, or network management systems.
Global market exposure and partnerships experience.
