Job Description

As the Head of Sales at our organization, you will play a crucial leadership role in driving revenue generation and implementing sales strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and increasing market share across all states. You will lead a dynamic sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth as a global education and immigration services provider. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. - Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities. - Set SMART sales targets and objectives for the team. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in business strategies. - Work closely with the marketing department to integrate marketing and sales efforts effectively. - Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the team's capabilities. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand the customer base. - Implement strategies to ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in key markets. - Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales initiatives. - Collaborate with the HR team on performance reviews, rewards, recognition schemes, and employee welfare programs. - Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. - Implement cost-effective strategies and incentive schemes to drive sales growth while maintaining financial discipline. - Implement data-driven decision-making processes within the sales team. - Stay updated on advancements in sales tools and methodologies, integrating them into the sales process. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar leadership role. - Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of industry trends and regulations related to immigration and study abroad services. - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
