Job Description

As the Head of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans for severe service valves, industrial dampers, and Nencini-brand water control valves. Your key responsibilities will include building and managing a high-performing sales team, identifying and fostering relationships with EPCs, consultants, plant managers, and procurement heads, representing the company in trade fairs and exhibitions, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets. Qualifications required for this role include a B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation; MBA is preferred. You should have experience with engineered or fabricated valves, flow control, or process equipment. Additionally, having strong contacts with refineries, oil & gas companies, or irrigation boards would be a plus. Excellent communication and techno-commercial negotiation skills are essential. A minimum of 8 years in a leadership role is also required. Please note that the company is looking for someone with 20 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in valves, flow control, or capital equipment. The position can be based in Satara, Mumbai, Pune, or a hybrid location. You will report to the Director or CEO of the company.,
