Additionally, having strong contacts with refineries, oil & gas companies, or irrigation boards would be a plus. Excellent communication and techno-commercial negotiation skills are essential. A minimum of 8 years in a leadership role is also required. You will also lead and supervise a dynamic sales team, establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as EPCs, consultants, plant managers, and procurement heads, as well as represent our company at various trade fairs and exhibitions. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation; an MBA degree would be advantageous. Previous experience with engineered or fabricated valves, flow control, or process equipment is essential. Having a solid network within refineries, oil & gas companies, or irrigation boards would be a significant asset. Additionally, you must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Your performance will be evaluated based on various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as monthly order bookings and margins, tender win ratio, lead conversion ratio, and segment-wise growth in sectors like Oil & Gas, Power, and Water.
