Key Responsibilities

1️⃣

School Sales (De-Skoolit)

  • Drive sales of

    De-Skoolit Books & Curriculum Solutions

    to preschools and K-10 schools.
  • Present and close deals for

    School Transformation Programs

    (books, teacher training, LEAP, 3L Dramatics, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with school owners, principals, and management.
  • Oversee regional partners and distribution network.
2️⃣

Franchise Expansion (FuturON Preschools & Smart Schools)

  • Identify and onboard new

    franchise partners

    for FuturON Preschools and FuturON Smart Schools across Tier 2–5 cities.
  • Conduct business opportunity meetings, presentations, and discovery calls with potential investors.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations team post-onboarding.
  • Develop franchise sales strategies to achieve rapid network expansion.
3️⃣

Takeover Model (FuturON Smart Schools)

  • Identify struggling K-10 schools suitable for the

    FuturON Smart School Takeover Model.

  • Present the operational model, commercial proposal, and benefits to school owners.
  • Work closely with the Academic and Operations teams to convert and transition schools.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast for takeover opportunities.
4️⃣

Leadership & Strategy

  • Build, mentor, and lead a growing sales team (regional sales managers + inside sales).
  • Create structured sales funnels, KPIs, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Curriculum, and Operations teams for lead generation campaigns.
  • Represent the brands in educational conferences, expos, and industry events.

Desired Profile

  • 8–15 years of proven experience in

    school sales / franchise development / K-12 business development.

  • Strong B2B education experience (curriculum, books, ERP, or franchise-based education brands preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Strong network among school promoters, investors, and educational institutions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
