Role Description

The Head of Sales and Business Development will lead and develop strategies for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, identifying and nurturing business opportunities, managing a sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. The role also involves forecasting sales performance, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Experience with Team Management, including the ability to motivate, guide, and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for assessing market trends, business opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the technology or industrial solutions sector is a strong advantage.
  • Commitment to upholding organizational values and delivering solutions in line with established industry standards.
