About out client: Our client is an Indian fashion brand specializing in ethnic and Indo-Western apparel for women. The brand primarily operates through online channels and offers a diverse portfolio of contemporary and traditional styles. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Lead and manage regional/store managers to ensure store-level operations align with company goals. Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and retail programs across all locations. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. People Management : Recruit, train, and mentor retail leadership teams. Develop succession plans and ensure effective talent development at all levels. Foster a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and recognition systems. Customer Experience : Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld across all stores. Implement customer feedback systems and lead service improvement initiatives. Sales and Revenue Growth : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue through promotions, merchandising, and customer engagement. Set sales targets, monitor results, and implement corrective measures where necessary. Inventory & Supply Chain : Oversee inventory management practices to ensure stock accuracy and availability. Liaise with supply chain and merchandising terms for effective stock replenishment. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure all retail operations comply with company policies, legal regulations, and health & safety standards. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments. Budgeting & Cost Management : Prepare and manage operational budgets for the retail division. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA Preferred) 10+ years of progressive experience in retail operations, including multi-site management. Proven leadership experience with large, diverse retail teams. Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Preferred Skills : Experience with retail tech and POS systems. Strong understanding of e-commerce and omnichannel retail.
