Job Description

Hiring for a leading Real Estate company for Mumbai location .

Lead enterprise PMO ensuring standardized governance, planning, and timely project delivery
Drive portfolio-level project controls, risk management, and performance excellence
Own PMO frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, and MIS for executive decision-making
Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and multi-project monitoring
Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, quality, and compliance standards
Enable cross-functional coordination across Design, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Procurement
Drive digital adoption (ERP, Primavera/MSP) and continuous process improvement
Support value engineering, contracting, cash-flow planning, and vendor management
Manage claims, arbitration support, and structured documentation
Build and lead high-performing PMO teams with strong capability and performance focus
