The Role:

Head of Product

strategy, user experience, data, and technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Define & own the product vision and strategy

  , aligned with KGeN’s long-term business objectives.

• Build, mentor, and lead

   a world-class product team across product management, design, and research.
• Drive 

  end-to-end product lifecycle

   — from concept to launch — ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to bring new experiences to life.
• Leverage 

  data-driven insights

   to guide decision-making and continuously enhance product performance.
• Lead innovation in 

  customer engagement, personalization, and platform scalability

• Stay ahead of industry trends in 

  AI, blockchain, Web3, and consumer behavior

  , integrating relevant advancements into the product roadmap.
• Represent KGeN’s product vision in global forums, investor meetings, and cross-functional leadership discussions.

Who you are:

• A 

  product leader

   with a proven track record of building and scaling world-class, customer-facing applications.
• 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in 

  senior product leadership roles

   at 

  reputed global or product-based companies

  .
• Deep understanding of 

  product architecture, UX strategy, data analytics, and growth levers

  .
• Exceptional ability to balance 

  strategic vision

   with 

  execution excellence

  .
• Strong background in 

  digital platforms, mobile products, or consumer tech

   ecosystems.
• A collaborative leader who inspires teams through clarity, passion, and purpose.
• Exposure to 

  AI/ML-driven products

  creator/community ecosystems
