Role Overview:

You’ll collaborate with leadership, engineering, AI, design, and client teams to define the product roadmap, drive market adoption, and build differentiators through automation, predictive analytics, and user experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and execute product strategy for Collekto’s AI-enabled SaaS offerings across collections, payments, and data intelligence.
• Identify new growth opportunities across digital payments, credit workflows, and embedded finance.
• Partner with leadership on commercial and GTM strategy for enterprise SaaS and API-led products.

AI / Data-Driven Product Innovation

• Lead GenAI & ML integrations for customer insights, agent productivity, and credit analytics.
• Work with AI/ML teams to operationalize models and automate workflows (e.g. predictive delinquency, agent recommendations, dynamic scripts).
• Evaluate and adopt emerging tech to enhance customer journeys, KYC/AML compliance, and personalization.

Product Execution & Delivery

• Translate strategy into clear product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprints using Agile practices.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure releases.
• Define success metrics (GTV, adoption, retention, NPS, revenue impact).

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and compliance to deliver cohesive product experiences.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team (PMs, UX, growth, and data analysts).
• Represent Collekto in client conversations, partner discussions, and industry events.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 10–15 years of experience in

  Product Management

  within

  Fintech, SaaS, or Payments ecosystems

  .
• Proven success in launching and scaling

  AI/ML-powered fintech or SaaS platforms

  .
• Deep understanding of

  cards, wallets, collections, and lending workflows

  .
• Experience with

  data analytics, API integrations, and regulatory frameworks

  (RBI, PCI DSS, AML/KYC).
• Strategic thinker with hands-on capability and a growth mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to

  GenAI

  ,

  Conversational AI

  agentic AI

  implementations in fintech or CX.
• Prior experience in

  enterprise SaaS GTM

  and P&L ownership.
• Global exposure in

  payments or financial product expansion

  (APAC, EMEA).
