HR Recruiter & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources & Recruitment

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain and update the

  candidate database

  and recruitment trackers.
• Support

  employee onboarding and documentation

  , ensuring smooth joining formalities.
• Assist in drafting , posting job ads, and managing job portals and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate

  performance review cycles

  , attendance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Operations Support

• Handle day-to-day

  office operations

  , vendor coordination, and administrative support.
• Assist with

  procurement, travel arrangements, scheduling,

  and logistics for internal events or meetings.
• Maintain internal

  records, reports, and databases

  related to HR and operations.
• Support

  finance and admin teams

  with invoice tracking, petty cash handling, and other basic operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  .
• 1–2 years of experience in

  recruitment or HR operations

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office / Google Workspace

  and comfort with digital tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
