Role Overview

The Head of Product and Technology Delivery will lead the product vision, define the product architecture, and manage the complete development and delivery of the Hashtagsteel platform. This role requires strong customer understanding, clear commercial thinking, and hands-on technical leadership to design, build, and scale a reliable, fast, and intuitive web and mobile experience for users across the country.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Leadership and Strategy

- Own the product vision, technical architecture, and execution for both web and mobile platforms.

- Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps.

- Understand user pain points and convert them into intuitive features.

- Lead product planning, sprint execution, release management, and post-release improvements.

- Work across Marketing, Operations, Business, and Customer Care teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

2. Design: UI and UX Ownership

- Lead end-to-end UI and UX design for all modules of the Hashtagsteel platform.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.

- Ensure all interfaces are modern, intuitive, and consistent across platforms.

- Conduct usability testing and refine flows to reduce friction.

3. Development: Full Stack Engineering

Frontend

- Own the entire frontend architecture of the Hashtagsteel website.

- Build responsive, high-performance interfaces using modern frameworks.

Mobile App (Flutter)

- Develop and maintain Android and iOS apps using Flutter.

- Ensure high performance, low crash rates, and smooth user experience.

Backend

- Architect and code backend services.

- Manage APIs, integrations, authentication, user flows, and performance.

4. Testing and Quality Ownership

- Create detailed test cases for every release.

- Perform manual and automated testing as required.

- Ensure stability, security, and scalability in every deployment.

- Conduct regression testing before each release.

5. Data, Analytics, and Optimization

- Define KPIs for all product modules.

- Track funnel performance, drop-offs, app crashes, and load times.

- Continuously improve product speed, conversion, and reliability.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with business, marketing, and sales teams for feature rollouts.

- Work with operations, finance, and customer support to align workflows.

- Manage third-party integrations including payments, logistics, messaging, mapping, and analytics.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience

- 10 to 12 years of combined hands-on product development experience and proven team leadership in building and scaling digital platforms.

- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, logistics tech, or fintech is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Hands-on execution experience in Flutter for building and maintaining high-performance mobile applications (iOS & Android)

- Solid practical experience in modern frontend development using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

- Working full-stack development capability using technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.

- Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including schema design and query optimization.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills across web and mobile environments.

- Ability to work with Figma or similar UI design tools to translate concepts into usable interfaces.

- Comfortable reviewing code, guiding engineering decisions, and ensuring technical quality across the product.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
