lead product development initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer experience across all operational areas


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Global Accounts Operations

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key international accounts, ensuring smooth communication and coordinated account management.
  • Support global rollouts by aligning processes and maintaining consistency across regions.
  • Strengthen collaboration between Product Development, Sales, and other internal teams to optimize workflow and enhance service levels.
  • Share relevant market and customer insights with internal sales teams to support better program execution.

Product Development

  • Oversee the full development cycle of labels, packaging, and related products based on required specifications.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely development, approval, and commercial production of new items.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges related to materials, design, production methods, or product performance.
  • Manage costing for new developments and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
  • Ensure performance and quality targets are achieved during new development runs.

Customer Service Leadership

  • Develop and execute customer service strategies that improve satisfaction and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing customer service team to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Oversee order management to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Identify gaps in customer service operations and drive process improvements or automation where required.
  • Work with Quality Assurance to ensure customer requirements and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
  • Track and analyse customer service metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • PRE-REQUISITES:

    • Master’s degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum 15 years in

      key account management, merchandising, or product development

      within

      printing, packaging, apparel or a related industry,

      with at least 10 years in a managerial position.
    • Strong knowledge of printing/packaging operations, materials, and development processes.
    • Proficient in

      CRM platforms and MS Office

      applications.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global stakeholders.
    • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of driving customer satisfaction.
    • Must be based in or willing to relocate to

      Mumbai
