As a visionary design leader at Kama Jewelry, your role will involve leading talented design, CAD, and merchandising teams to craft trend-forward collections. You will have the opportunity to transform market insights into dazzling, high-performing jewelry lines, drive innovation in materials, techniques, and aesthetics, and partner with business, sales, and clients to align creativity with commercial success. Additionally, you will be responsible for bringing brand stories alive across collections and trade shows.
