ROLE OVERVIEW

The Head of Product will own the overall product portfolio, commercial strategy, and full product P&L for healthcare offerings to corporates. This is a senior business leadership role focused on product-market fit, customer value, pricing, portfolio performance, and growth. This is not a technology or engineering role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own product vision, roadmap, and portfolio strategy aligned with business goals

• Drive product-level revenue, cost management, margins, and profitability (P&L ownership)

• Define pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies with sales and finance teams

• Lead market and customer understanding across clinicians, operators, and decision-makers

• Own product lifecycle decisions including launches, enhancements, and portfolio optimisation

• Partner with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales support

• Act as the single point of ownership for product priorities and trade-offs

• Build and lead a high-performing product management team

• Revenue growth and margin improvement

• Product adoption, retention, and portfolio ROI

• Customer satisfaction and market relevance

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 10+ years in product or business leadership roles, with 3–5+ years owning product strategy and P&L

• Experience in healthcare, Medical, diagnostics, hospital services, or healthcare platforms preferred

• Strong commercial, strategic, and stakeholder-management capabilities

• This role does not require hands-on technical or engineering expertise
