Head of Product Development

As the Product Manager for Banking Products at the Company, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving innovation. Your role will involve: - Championing solutions that streamline customer workflows and remove friction by understanding customer pain points and financial operations deeply. - Developing and executing a multi-year strategy to address evolving customer needs with ready-to-plug in banking products. - Representing the customer voice within internal teams and leading the Product Engineering Team to discover innovative solutions. - Participating in customer calls with the sales team, providing expert product insights and fostering successful deals. - Making decisive trade-offs to prioritize product roadmap features and partnering with the marketing team to position the banking solution effectively. - Monitoring product-related issues and ensuring seamless resolution with the support team. - Representing Company's Banking Products as a domain expert at industry events and other outbound activities. Additionally, you will be required to have: - Minimum 20 years of experience in Techno Functional areas in the Banking Products Domain. - Minimum 10 years of experience in Java Stack of Products Development framework by leading a team of at least 50 people. - Exposure/knowledge in AI tools and implementing AI features in Banking Products. - Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, with spoken knowledge in Hindi being a plus. - Proficiency in using digital devices and organizing presentations on any device. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office stack, particularly PPT, Word, and XLS. - Bold, fearless, and career-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure for timely delivery completion without escalation.,
