Job Overview:

As Senior Product person, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, compliance, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers, meet regulatory requirements, and differentiate us in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision

   : Define and own the end-to-end product vision aligned with company goals and market trends in alternative investments. Conduct deep market and customer research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.

2. Product Development

   : Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans. Prioritize and manage a product roadmap balancing short-term impact with long-term innovation. Drive agile product development cycles and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

3. Customer Experience & Innovation

   : Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.

4. Data & Performance

   : Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate. Own KPIs around customer acquisition, engagement, retention etc.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

   : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate product with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions

Qualifications & Skills:

• 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments (e.g., HF, real estate, private credit, etc.).
• Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
• Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials a plus.
