Key Responsibilities: 1. **Technical Leadership & Strategy:** Define and implement the technology roadmap for Generative AI products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 2. **AI/ML Product Development:** Lead the creation of AI-powered products, optimizing models for enhanced performance, scalability, and real-world applicability. 3. **Engineering Excellence:** Establish best practices in software development, DevOps, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures. 4. **Team Leadership & Scaling:** Recruit, mentor, and supervise a top-performing engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation and collaboration. 5. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Business teams to translate AI research into practical applications. 6. **Scalability & Performance Optimization:** Design and enhance distributed systems, ensuring efficient deployment of AI models across cloud and edge environments. 7. **Security & Compliance:** Implement industry best practices for AI ethics, data security, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Skills: - 12+ years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles within AI-driven companies. - Profound expertise in Generative AI, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and model deployment. - Proficiency in Python coding. - Experience with ML frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Demonstrated ability to scale AI/ML infrastructure and optimize models for performance and cost-efficiency. - Thorough understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices. - Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities. - Capability to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent in a competitive market.
