Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

• Assist the CEO in overseeing the management of multiple hospitality assets thru Business Partners,

  ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of Profitability.
• Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
• Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
• Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership within the JV.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Hospitality sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least

  3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/ Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India.

• Proven experience in managing Hospitality Operations.

• Strong Financial acumen

  budgetary management.

• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
