๐ Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Field Officer to supervise and coordinate guard deployments, ensure site compliance, and act as a vital communication bridge between the head office and on-ground teams. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of security operations. ๐งญ Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Roster Management: Ensure guards are deployed as per client requirements and shift rosters. Conduct surprise visits and roll calls across all assigned sites. Address absenteeism and make real-time redeployment decisions. Client Relationship & Communication: Act as the primary contact for client concerns at sites. Escalate critical issues to management and coordinate resolution. Compliance & Reporting: Conduct periodic audits using site compliance checklists (fire exits, registers, logbooks, etc.). Submit daily field reports with photos, incident logs, and visit notes. Maintain updated documentation of guard attendance and duty allocation. Team Management & Training: Mentor junior field officers and guards on discipline, SOPs, and grooming. Conduct site inductions for new guards and ensure adherence to protocols. Incident Handling & Escalation: Respond to emergencies or reported incidents on-site. Fill out incident forms with evidence (photos/videos) and ensure timely resolution. โ Requirements: Minimum 5โ7 years of experience in the security services industry. Prior ex-servicemen or armed forces personnel preferred. Strong understanding of deployment strategy, statutory compliance, and field operations. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (TA/DA applicable). Familiarity with GPS tracking apps, Excel, and field reporting tools is a plus.

Job Summary The Senior Field Officer will be responsible for supervising and managing multiple security sites across Bangalore. The role demands hands-on leadership, client coordination, operational discipline, and adherence to compliance standards. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and physically fit to conduct frequent field inspections.
