Field Operations Executive

🔧 Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Patrols Conduct regular visits to assigned client sites to monitor guard performance, discipline, and presence. Ensure guards are in proper uniform and following post-specific instructions. Perform night rounds and random surprise checks. Client Coordination Act as the first point of contact for client escalations or complaints. Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain a strong relationship with clients. Collect and log client feedback on service quality. Deployment & Attendance Monitoring Verify daily guard attendance, relieve absent guards, and manage emergency deployments. Maintain and submit daily field reports. Support payroll by verifying actual working days. Staff Management Brief and train guards on duties, protocols, and code of conduct. Initiate disciplinary action for misconduct, absenteeism, or uniform violations. Assist with new guard onboarding and documentation. Reporting & Documentation Submit daily site visit reports, night patrolling reports, and incident logs. Maintain roster sheets, duty charts, and compliance checklists. Support in police verifications and audit preparation. Asset & Equipment Control Ensure torches, batons, phones, uniforms, and other gear are properly issued and accounted for. Report loss or damage to the operations head. ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or 12th pass with relevant field experience and Ex defense Prior experience in a security agency or manpower operations is an advantage Good communication in Hindi and local language (English preferred) Strong leadership and people-handling skills Ability to work odd hours and travel to multiple sites daily Basic mobile app usage (attendance, reporting) 📝 Additional Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler (travel allowance applicable) Police-verified or ready for background verification Willingness to work rotational shifts and on-call duties
