Role Description

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) plays a key role in driving sales and expanding NoBrokerHood's presence within the assigned territory of Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the TSM to develop and implement sales strategies, establish customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities. The role involves managing a team of sales representatives, providing training for optimal performance, and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet targets and handling market insights are also integral aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (English + regional language)
• Customer Service skills for building client relationships and addressing customer queries effectively.
• Strong Sales and Sales Management experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar capacity.
• Ability to Train and motivate a team to perform effectively and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategy planning, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance sales performance.
• Experience in the prop-tech or real estate industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.(Freshers encouraged)
