Role: Overview: We are seeking a Head of Operations to oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at our Bangalore Headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to represent the company effectively in client-facing interactions. *Preference will be given to candidates from a military background (JCO rank and above) who bring discipline, structure, and operational expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead, plan, and coordinate daily operations across multiple branches and sites. Supervise field officers, supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and resolve them efficiently. Conduct regular client visits, ensure service quality, and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and review operational reports, manpower deployment trackers, and compliance documents. Oversee training, discipline, and welfare of deployed guards and staff. Liaise with senior management to align ground operations with business objectives. Ensure timely communication through professional email correspondence and reporting. Drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement in operational processes. Requirements: Background: Ex-Servicemen preferred (JCO and above) with proven leadership and operational management experience. Education: Graduate preferred; military or security-related qualifications are an advantage. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Excellent client handling and representation skills. Ability to manage large teams across multiple locations Other: High integrity, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
