Role Description We are looking for experienced, energetic, and client focused fitness coaches who can deliver exceptional training experiences, support member goals, and contribute to building Jolt as the go to fitness destination. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, strong on knowledge, and thrives in a community driven environment. This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Coach based in North Goa. The Fitness Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting individual and group fitness training sessions. They will also provide guidance on nutrition and fitness instruction. Daily tasks include developing personalized fitness plans, monitoring progress, ensuring safety during exercises, and providing motivation and support to clients. Additionally, the Fitness Coach will stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve training techniques. Key responsibilities: -Deliver personal training and group training sessions tailored to member goals (strength, conditioning, fat loss, rehab, performance). -Assess client fitness levels, track progress and create structured training plans. -Ensure proper form, technique, and injury prevention during all sessions. -Provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance aligned with fitness goals. -Build strong relationships with members to create a supportive, motivating environment. -Contribute ideas to program design, recovery protocols, and member engagement initiatives. -Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training floor at all times. -Support community building activities (workshops, fitness challenges, events). Qualifications -Certification in fitness training. -5 years+ of experience as a trainer/coach in gyms, studios, or sports settings. -Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy and nutrition basics. -Excellent communication and motivational skills. -Ability to design and adapt programs for different fitness levels. -Team oriented with a proactive, problem solving mindset. Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Training - Knowledge in Nutrition and Fitness Instruction and also willing to undergo higher learning cerifiricatiib - Familiarity with current trends in the Fitness Industry - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to motivate and inspire clients - First-aid and CPR certification

Role Description: We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functioning of our gym, courts, and café. This role ensures seamless facility operations, exceptional member experiences, and smooth coordination across teams, vendors and events. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, strong on operational knowledge, and thrives in a community driven environment. This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Coach based in North Goa. Key responsibilities: Facility Operations Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the gym, courts, and cafe areas. Ensure all spaces are clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times. Coordinate maintenance schedules for equipment, lighting, and other infrastructure. Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, security, maintenance, tech). Membership & Guest Experience Work closely with the front desk and trainers to ensure a seamless member experience.
