Role Overview We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Admin Coordinator — preferably an Ex-Serviceman — to coordinate field officer activities, manage client communication, maintain records, and handle ad hoc operational tasks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate schedules, deployment, and reporting of field officers. Serve as the main liaison between clients and operational teams. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documents. Support management with day-to-day administrative needs. Handle urgent operational issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements Ex-Serviceman (Army, Navy, Air Force, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Experience in administration, operations, or client-facing roles. Strong organizational and communication skills.
