Senior Field Officer

Job Title: Field Officer Location: Bangalore (HQ-based with site travel across Karnataka) Company Overview: Black Belt Commandos Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. Role Overview: We are looking for dedicated Field Officers to ensure smooth site operations, effective guard management, and strong client liaison. The Field Officer will serve as the company’s representative at client sites, ensuring deployment discipline, compliance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site visits to monitor guard attendance, discipline, and performance. Ensure proper deployment of security personnel as per client requirements. Act as the first line of communication between the company, guards, and clients. Report incidents, guard absenteeism, and operational issues to the Head of Operations. Collect attendance, muster rolls, and other operational data for payroll and compliance. Train and motivate security personnel to maintain high service standards. Handle client queries, concerns, and provide prompt resolutions. Assist in recruitment, deployment, and replacement of guards as required. Submit daily/weekly reports via email or company-provided systems. Requirements: Background: Preference for Ex-Servicemen / Police / disciplined force personnel. Civilian candidates with strong operations experience in security agencies will also be considered. Education: Minimum PUC/Graduate preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and man-management skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office & Email communication (training can be provided). Ability to travel extensively within allocated areas. Good communication and client-handling ability. Other: Must be disciplined, punctual, and capable of handling field challenges independently.
