Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Branch Operations Management Lead day-to-day operations of the Hyderabad branch. Ensure seamless deployment of guards, response teams, and patrols. Coordinate closely with HO and field officers to maintain service standards. 🔹 Team Handling & Supervision Supervise hiring, induction, shift scheduling, and welfare of security personnel. Conduct regular training and ensure on-ground discipline and client satisfaction. 🔹 Client Servicing & Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct monthly visits, and resolve complaints quickly. Monitor client contract compliance and timely renewals. 🔹 New Business Development Actively pursue and convert new leads. Eligible for profit sharing on all new contracts or accounts secured. 🔹 Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal SOPs. Maintain attendance logs, incident reports, and submit operational reports regularly.
