Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Field Officer located in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Field Officer will oversee daily activities in the field, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, execute operational plans, and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role includes addressing customer queries, providing support as needed, and achieving set performance goals by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive market growth and success.

Qualifications

Strong sales, client relationship, and customer service management skills
Operational expertise, organizational skills, and ability to manage field teams effectively
Proactive problem-solving capabilities, strong decision-making skills, and adaptability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of local market trends and financial products is advantageous
Previous field sales or operations experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and thrive in field-based roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
