We are seeking a senior executive to lead the in-country delivery of the India strategy for a leading STEM professional membership body - overseeing operations, governance, and compliance for three entities and managing a talented team of 11. This role will be based in the Bengaluru office a minimum of 2 days per week. As the most senior representative in India, the Operations Head will lead the local office, maintain statutory compliance, hold a directorship, and ensure seamless collaboration with international colleagues. With a strong grip on financial oversight (approx. £0.5M annual turnover), HR, legal obligations, and cross-border reporting, you'll play a key role in aligning regional delivery with global priorities.
