Role Summary:

You’ll act as the go-to person when things go wrong – especially during vehicle placement failures – and ensure solutions are found at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Escalation Support:

• Visit branches when 

  placement failures or operational breakdowns

   occur; analyze root causes and resolve them swiftly.

• Understand Company Workflows:

• Deep-dive into how each team functions (fleet, billing, vendor management, client servicing) to bring process alignment.

• Rate & Cost Monitoring:

• Identify discrepancies in branch-level freight rates, vendor billing, and support cost-saving actions.

• Local Market Hiring Support:

• Help branches hire placement agents, drivers, and supporting manpower from the market as needed.

• Team Building & Ownership Culture:

• Drive a performance-oriented work culture and ensure SOPs are followed at all levels.

• System Implementation:

• Adapt quickly to tools like Google Sheets, AppSheet, TMS dashboards, etc., and support adoption across branches.

• Data Reporting & Accountability:

• Ensure tracking data, proof of delivery, job cards, and other operational reports are regularly updated and reviewed.

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in operations; logistics background is a plus but not mandatory
• Hands-on, field-ready attitude; open to traveling to branches regularly
• Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset to “own and fix”
• Team leadership qualities with ability to coordinate across departments
• Ability to work with data, reporting tools, and digital dashboards
