Head of Operations

We’re looking for a senior professional who has strong experience in managing operations and strategy in cafés or Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) like Blue Tokai, Starbucks, or Third Wave Coffee.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Experience: You should have a solid background in running and improving day-to-day operations in the café or QSR industry.
• Worked with Big Brands: You’ve held senior roles at top café brands such as Blue Tokai, Starbucks, Third Wave Coffee, or similar companies.
• Strong Operational Knowledge: You understand café workflows, how to set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage costs, work with vendors, and lead large teams.
• Growth-Driven Mindset: You can grow the business by improving processes, bringing in new ideas, and planning expansion in an organized way.
