Head of Operations

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations, located in Malur. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the efficiency and quality of the company. Key tasks include managing budgets, developing strategic plans, analyzing performance data, and leading and supporting the operations team. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in manufacturing operations, specifically in forging or precision machining

• Proven leadership of shopfloor teams across multi-shift operationse
• Prior experience managing plant-wide production schedules, manpower, and WIP movement.
• Exposure to structured production tracking via ERP or equivalent systems

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)

• Strong understanding of process flows, rework/rejection control, and shift-level execution discipline
