Our ambition : Make sport a regular and natural part of every Indian's life. We aim to help people get fitter, create vibrant spaces for meaningful social connections, and ensure everyone feels welcome—regardless of who they are or where they’re starting from. We’re starting by bringing the world’s fastest growing sport Pickleball (and eventually also Padel) to India, resetting the bar for sports customer experience and centres. We have already closed 3-4 venues across NCR and are planning to open more centres as we grow. Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate and proactive ops lead to join our team and support daily operations, conduct site visits, explore new opportunities to open centers,and plan events at our sports facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the sports and fitness startup space. Key Responsibilities Creating proper reporting systems and operating SOPs for all venues Assist with daily operations at the central team level(e.g., Managing Venue Managers, Court & Equipment management, MIS reporting) Assisting in finding leads for new centers for expansion Find and coordinate with vendors, coaches, and partners Assist in marketing activities such as social media campaigns, email campaigns, and event promotion Provide support during sports events, tournaments, or training sessions Perform any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth facility operations Qualifications Recent graduate in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields Strong interest in sports, fitness, or recreation management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of MS Office tools or Google Workspace Energetic, reliable, and willing to take initiative Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (if required) What You’ll Gain Exposure to the operations of a growing sports startup Opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to decision-making Experience in customer handling, marketing, event coordination, and facility management

What you'll do: You’ll manage day-to-day operations at one or more of our Delhi/NCR venues (Noida Sec 44, Mayur Vihar, or Vasant Kunj), on a shift basis , alongside other teammates: Be on-site, organizing or playing Help players check-in Run daily open-play sessions Support events & tournaments Track daily bookings, revenue, and basic costs Enjoy the sport Who you are: We're looking for someone who is into sports or fitness , don’t mind being on your feet, and are comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Instagram , you’ll thrive in this role — especially if you love sports, events, or working with people . Salary: ₹17,500 to ₹25,000
