Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive ops lead to join our team and support daily operations, conduct site visits, explore new opportunities to open centers,and plan events at our sports facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the sports and fitness startup space.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating proper reporting systems and operating SOPs for all venues
• Assist with daily operations at the central team level(e.g., Managing Venue Managers, Court & Equipment management, MIS reporting)
• Assisting in finding leads for new centers for expansion
• Find and coordinate with vendors, coaches, and partners
• Assist in marketing activities such as social media campaigns, email campaigns, and event promotion
• Provide support during sports events, tournaments, or training sessions
• Perform any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth facility operations

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields
• Strong interest in sports, fitness, or recreation management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of MS Office tools or Google Workspace
• Energetic, reliable, and willing to take initiative
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (if required)
