About the Role:
The Operations Manager will play a vital role in shaping and executing this vision through seamless coordination of strategy, systems, and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Business Planning:
- Assist the Chairperson in developing and implementing annual business plans, budgets, and operational frameworks.
- Support feasibility studies, projections, and rollout plans for the new campus.
- Develop and review commercial models including fee structures, sibling discounts, and scholarships.
- Establish systems and processes that balance efficiency with a warm, community-oriented culture.
Marketing & Communication Support:
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement brand-aligned campaigns for admissions, events, and outreach.
- Oversee creation of marketing collaterals, digital content, and press communications.
- Support open houses, school tours, and admission drives to enhance visibility and parent connect.
- Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communication platforms.
Parent Outreach & Engagement:
- Serve as a primary liaison between parents, school management, and the leadership team.
- Plan and execute parent orientation sessions, feedback mechanisms, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure transparent, empathetic, and timely communication with parents and stakeholders.
Operations & Administrative Coordination:
- Support the Principal in daily administrative and operational planning.
- Coordinate across departments — HR, Finance, Facilities, and Academics — to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee vendor and service provider relationships; monitor procurement, transport, and facility readiness.
- Track operational KPIs, ensuring compliance with CBSE and local statutory requirements.
Events & Institutional Development:
- Plan and execute school events such as orientations, annual day, exhibitions, and community festivals.
- Collaborate on institutional partnerships and CSR-linked education initiatives.
- Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and child-centric practices in all operational areas.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in Management, Education Administration, or related fields.
- 10 + years of experience in school operations, education management, or service-oriented business functions.
- Prior experience with setting up or scaling K-12 institutions preferred.
