Head of Marketing
to lead our marketing function and drive strategic growth initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative excellence, and data-driven execution to build brand awareness, generate demand, and position the company as a market leader in its domain. This leadership role requires a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, growth objectives, and brand positioning. Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Brand Management: Build a strong and differentiated brand identity. Oversee brand communication across channels including digital, print, events, and PR to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.
- Demand Generation: Develop and manage comprehensive campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all stages of the funnel. Work closely with sales and product teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email automation. Use analytics tools to track ROI and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product and sales teams to craft compelling value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and positioning for new product launches. Ensure product messaging resonates with target audiences and drives adoption.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Translate insights into actionable strategies to strengthen market presence.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning. Define clear KPIs and ensure alignment of team objectives with company goals.
- Partnerships & Events: Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand reach. Oversee planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars that strengthen brand engagement.
- Communication & PR: Manage corporate communications and public relations efforts to build brand credibility and thought leadership. Establish the company's voice through storytelling, media engagement, and content strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track key marketing metrics (CAC, CLTV, ROI, engagement, conversion, etc.). Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve marketing efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-16 years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within a product, tech, or consumer-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics platforms, and automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing multi-channel budgets and optimizing spend for ROI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret and act on marketing performance metrics.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
