Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Department: Marketing Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Experience Required: 7+ years in marketing, preferably in the education or international student recruitment sector Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy for the Study Abroad vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-impact campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving student acquisition for international education services. You will lead a dynamic team and work closely with sales, partnerships, product, and country managers to grow our global footprint. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and own the marketing strategy to position our study abroad services as a market leader. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team (digital, content, events, PR). Campaign Execution: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, influencer, email, offline) to generate leads and conversions. Brand Management: Drive consistent messaging across all touchpoints to build trust and awareness among students, parents, and partners. Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with universities, test prep providers, and other stakeholders to run joint campaigns. Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student behavior to refine marketing strategies. Performance Metrics: Set KPIs, manage marketing budgets, and report on ROI of campaigns and initiatives. Content Oversight: Oversee the development of engaging, localized content for various regions and platforms. Event Marketing: Plan and manage student fairs, webinars, info sessions, and partner events. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 8+ years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role Prior experience in study abroad, EdTech, international education, or student recruitment is strongly preferred Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.) Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities Understanding of student journeys across countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe Preferred Qualifications: Experience scaling marketing in high-growth startups International exposure or personal experience studying abroad Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,559.27 - ₹103,273.82 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
